                                               AICE Media Studies Group Blog For this project I will be working by myself. This decision was mostly because I do not know anyone well and have not made a friend yet at this school. At first I considered it a downside.With a group we could split up the work and would require me to do less and focus on other things simultaneously. As a result of being alone it would cause me to have to do a lot of things on my own and getting adjusted to with certain tasks. I feel like the most challenging part of this project especially with going solo would have to be the filming. The filming Homestretch(Production Blog) AICE Media Studies

 On Thursday, the 9th I started putting on the finishing touches to everything I had already filmed. At this point I have done all the  filming  by myself. I improved a lot on dancing and acting but now was the time to start to finish up. Slowly but surely I was able to get the hand of my steps and sins. I was able to have all the costumes prepared and ready to go. At this point all the props had fulfilled their purpose. I had all the clothing I needed to change into neat me for an easy and quick process. I made sure that the lighting was dark but not so dark that nothing could be seen. The background noise was kept to minimal which allowed for smooth recording. I got all of my scenes done the way I had envisioned it but I did make sure to keep practicing so it can be as good as possible.  Hello, my name is Rayane Douhny, for this task I will be working alone. I am working alone because I feel it is the best choice to take in a situation like this. Since I will be going solo I can go at my own pace and carry out all my duties whenever I need to. When I work in a group there are many problems that can occur. One example is the absence of a group member. If someone is absent for whatever reason it may be hard for them to catch up to the rest of the group. Another example is that different people have different times they are able to and unable to do certain tasks. It would be a very difficult endeavor to find a time schedule that everyone is happy and content with. There is also the issue of finding a place to meetup that everyone will be able to attend.
